Bailiff seizes Częstochowa hospital account — 170 million złoty in debt

A bailiff has seized an account belonging to the Specialist Regional Hospital in Częstochowa holding funds earmarked for investments financed from Poland's National Recovery Plan. The Marshal of Silesia voivodeship demanded the account be immediately released from enforcement. The hospital carries 170 million złoty in total debt, and staff have submitted a formal letter over the institution's mounting financial problems.
