Ex-PM Szydło fined 3,000 zł for repeatedly skipping prosecution hearing

Former Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło has been fined 3,000 zł by a prosecutor for repeatedly failing to appear as a witness in an investigation into the financing of the "Fair Courts" campaign. Szydło provided no justification for her absences. The penalty ruling is not yet final.
