Former state parks chief charged with secretly filming lifeguards in locker room
A former California state parks superintendent was arraigned on charges of secretly recording naked lifeguards in a locker room at Bolsa Chica State Beach. The ex-official allegedly filmed employees without their knowledge while they used changing facilities. The case proceeded to court on Thursday.
