Lithuania warns Russia may stage false-flag provocation in Baltic states

Lithuanian Defence Minister Robertas Kaunas warned that Russia is considering staging a false-flag provocation in the Baltic states. Similar warnings had previously been issued by Ukraine and Poland. The alerts point to a possible escalation of Russian hybrid operations in the region.
