Swedish court rules Russian shadow-fleet ship Caffa be handed to Ukraine

A Swedish court has issued a final ruling that the Russian shadow-fleet vessel Caffa, seized in the Baltic Sea earlier this year, will be handed over to Ukraine. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha called it a "breakthrough decision". The ruling is considered unprecedented in the context of Western responses to Russia's shadow fleet operations.
