Sweden hands Ukraine seized Russian shadow-fleet tanker Caffa in unprecedented ruling
A Swedish court's ruling to hand the tanker Caffa over to Ukraine has become final, marking an unprecedented legal decision. The vessel, part of Russia's so-called shadow fleet used to circumvent Western sanctions, was seized by Swedish authorities in the Baltic Sea earlier this spring. It is the first time a confiscated Russian shadow-fleet ship has been transferred to Ukraine.
