Botanika Farm gets KNF approval for Warsaw Stock Exchange debut, targeting 15 mln PLN

Poland's financial regulator (KNF) has approved the prospectus for Botanika Farm S.A., a Lower Silesian agri-food processing company, clearing the way for its Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) main-market debut. The company aims to raise around 15 million PLN to fund its development. Share subscriptions are due to open at the end of August.
