Germany arrests Ukrainian national suspected of spying on Bavarian arms firm

German police announced Thursday the arrest of a 33-year-old Ukrainian national suspected of working as a low-level agent for a foreign intelligence service. He was detained on 2 August on suspicion of preparing acts of sabotage against a Bavarian arms manufacturer. Investigators are examining his alleged ties to a foreign spy agency.
