Szydło fined 3,000 PLN for ignoring summons to prosecutor's hearing
Former Polish Prime Minister Beata Szydło has been fined 3,000 PLN – the maximum penalty – for ignoring summonses to appear before prosecutors in Rzeszów. She is required to testify in an investigation into the "Sprawiedliwe Sądy" (Fair Courts) campaign. Prosecutors confirmed the fine is the highest allowed by law.
