Fritz wins Washington title then exits Montreal in second round

Taylor Fritz claimed the ATP title in Washington before heading to Montreal. However, the seventh-seeded American had a disappointing Canadian campaign, losing in the second round to Argentine Thiago Agustin Tirante.
