Ukraine strikes two Russian oil refineries; drone maker CEO critically injured in car bomb

President Zelensky announced that Ukraine's military carried out targeted strikes on two Russian oil refineries. Separately, a car bomb exploded near Yekaterinburg under the vehicle of Vladimir Tkachuk, founder of private drone manufacturer Uraldronzavod. Tkachuk was taken to intensive care while his bodyguard was killed. Russian state media described the attack as the latest in a series of assassination attempts targeting figures linked to Russia's war effort.
