Nueva Pescanova drops industrial octopus farm plan in Las Palmas after activist pressure
Spanish seafood giant Nueva Pescanova had planned to open the world's first industrial octopus farm at the port of Las Palmas, targeting production of 3,000 tonnes of meat per year.
