Science minister Kulasek acknowledges researcher frustration but cites budget limits

Science and Higher Education Minister Marcin Kulasek commented on May's academic strike, acknowledging that researchers' frustration is understandable. He said the ministry has received the strikers' petition and is preparing a response outlining what has already been achieved and a roadmap toward their demands. He stressed, however, that negotiations must take into account budgetary constraints.
