Poland's energy minister warns of "very serious" blackout risk

Energy Minister Miłosz Motyka told TOK FM that the situation involving reduced output by power plants is "very serious" and will affect electricity prices. He did not rule out the risk of blackouts. His comments came as grid operator PSE activated a capacity market recall for 6 August from 17:00.
