Ministry kills stadium noise exemption bill — environmental permits to replace it

A bill that would have exempted sports venues from noise regulations was abruptly pulled from the Sejm's agenda. The Ministry of Climate proposed an alternative requiring mandatory environmental decisions for such facilities. This means stadiums and sports halls will still be subject to legal noise emission standards.
