Uganda midfielder Owori beaten to death in street robbery

Ugandan international midfielder Owori, 27, was beaten to death by suspected robbers after resisting an attempt to steal his belongings, police confirmed. The attack took place in the street. Authorities are investigating the gang-linked killing.
