Polish government issues storm alert for 14 of 16 regions

Poland's Government Security Centre issued a storm alert covering 14 of the country's 16 regions, warning of severe thunderstorms, strong winds and heavy rainfall. Authorities advise people to avoid open spaces and warn of possible power outages. The alert covers the vast majority of Polish territory.
