New law to ban nurseries from posting children's photos — even with parental consent
A bill has been submitted to the Polish parliament that would prohibit nurseries and children's clubs from posting photos of children on social media — even when parents have given consent. The aim is to protect minors' image rights from routine, unreflective sharing. Until now, parental consent was sufficient for institutions to freely publish children's pictures online.
