Rubio meets Miliband: US wants Europe to take on more in Strait of Hormuz

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband in Washington Wednesday in their first face-to-face meeting. They discussed the importance of greater European engagement in ensuring its own security, including in the Strait of Hormuz region. The State Department emphasised the importance of Euro-Atlantic defence cooperation.
