NATO alarms: Russian air activity over Baltic up 250% in July

In July, NATO fighter scrambles to intercept Russian aircraft over the eastern flank surged by more than 250% compared to the same period last year. NATO's Allied Air Command warns that Russian aircraft routinely fly without filed flight plans and with transponders switched off.
