Żurek promises Trybunał overhaul: Święczkowski's "fiefdom" to end this autumn
Waldemar Żurek announced that the balance of power in Poland's Constitutional Tribunal will shift as early as November. He declared that by autumn the court will function normally instead of being what he called "Święczkowski's fiefdom."
