Nawrocki won't call Tusk — a year of total war at the top of Polish power

A year into Karol Nawrocki's presidency, Prime Minister Donald Tusk is watching PiS unravel from a distance and preparing for a head-on confrontation with a right wing increasingly led by Nawrocki. The two men have no direct phone contact. Relations between the presidential palace and the prime minister's office are described as a state of permanent total war.
