Poland's NIK audit body questions Justice Ministry karaoke party as unjustified spending

Poland's Supreme Audit Office (NIK) has challenged spending by the Justice Ministry on a staff party called "Carnival Dizziness", organised by the ministry under Waldemar Żurek in an upscale venue on the Vistula riverbank. NIK labelled the expenditure as "unjustified public financing". The story was broken by the newspaper Rzeczpospolita.
