Poland appeals Brussels court ruling in €1.3bn Pfizer vaccine dispute

Poland's State Treasury has filed an appeal against a Brussels court ruling in a dispute with Pfizer over undelivered COVID-19 vaccines. The case concerns 5.6 billion zloty (approx. €1.3bn). Poland is contesting Pfizer's claim for payment for doses the country did not collect.
