Russian strikes on Kyiv kill at least 17 people

Russian strikes on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and the surrounding region killed at least 17 people. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for more interceptor missiles to strengthen Ukraine's air defences. The attacks are the latest in a series of Russian aerial bombardments targeting civilian and infrastructure targets across the country.
