Analyst: Russia can now destroy any target in Ukraine as air defences collapse

British military analyst Michael Clark warns that Ukraine has completely exhausted its stocks of interceptor missiles, giving Russia the freedom to strike any target it chooses. According to Clark, Vladimir Putin can now destroy any facility he deems appropriate. The analyst stresses that Ukrainians have very little they can do in response to this critical vulnerability.
