Ukrainian drones shut down Russian Saratov refinery for up to three weeks

Russia's Saratov oil refinery has halted operations following a series of Ukrainian drone strikes, according to media reports. The facility, which has a processing capacity of seven million tonnes of oil per year, may remain offline for up to three weeks for repairs. It is the second Russian refinery forced to completely shut down in August due to Ukrainian attacks.
