Russian drone factory chief critically wounded in car explosion near Yekaterinburg

Vladimir Tkachuk, head of a Russian drone manufacturing factory, was critically wounded when his car exploded on the outskirts of Yekaterinburg, according to state agencies TASS and RIA Novosti. The Kremlin has issued no statement on the incident. Separately, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky released footage appearing to show a Russian drone deliberately pursuing a civilian in Kherson.
