Nik Storonsky, the founder of Revolut, could become Europe's richest person thanks to a new bonus scheme tied to the fintech's valuation. If Revolut reaches a valuation of $500 billion, the scheme could raise the value of his stake to around $200 billion. The programme is designed to incentivise the founder to keep driving the company's rapid growth.
