Polish government plans second attempt at windfall tax after presidential veto

Finance Minister Andrzej Domański told TVN24 that the government will prepare a new version of the windfall tax legislation targeting fuel companies' extraordinary profits. The previous bill was referred by President Nawrocki to the Constitutional Tribunal for preventive review. The government plans to reintroduce the levy.
