Poland's Supreme Administrative Court rejects PiS appeal over reduced party subsidy

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) on Wednesday rejected an appeal by the Law and Justice party (PiS) over its reduced party subsidy and grant. Finance Minister Andrzej Domański hailed the ruling, saying the "crushing verdict against PiS has been upheld." The case concerned the non-payment of the third instalment of the party subsidy.
