PiS loses 6 million zloty subsidy case as Supreme Administrative Court rejects appeal
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) rejected PiS's cassation appeal, confirming the party will not receive 6 million zloty in withheld party subsidies. The case dates back to the 2023 election campaign and the National Electoral Commission's decision to cut the party's funding. The Warsaw Administrative Court had previously ruled that the finance minister was not acting unlawfully by withholding the money.
