Supreme court confirms: PiS won't receive 6.4 million złoty in state funding

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court dismissed PiS's cassation appeals over withheld party subsidies and grants. The Finance Ministry had refused to pay 6.4 million złoty in reimbursement for the party's 2023 parliamentary election campaign costs. Finance Minister Andrzej Domański described the ruling as "crushing," while Civic Coalition politicians celebrated what they called "black days for PiS."
