DHS hiring bounty hunters to locate and photograph deported immigrants abroad

The US Department of Homeland Security plans to hire private investigators to locate deported immigrants in their home countries and photograph their residences. DHS had previously told immigrants that leaving the US voluntarily would wipe out fines it claims they owe, but now appears to be pursuing collection efforts abroad.
