Supreme Administrative Court rejects PiS appeal — party loses state subsidy

Poland's Supreme Administrative Court on Wednesday rejected PiS's appeals concerning state subsidies and grants. The party had challenged the Finance Ministry's decision to withhold the funds. Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented: "There is no money and there will be no money for swindlers."
