NATO intercepts of Russian aircraft up over 250% in July along eastern flank
NATO's Allied Air Command reported that the number of fighter jet scrambles to intercept Russian aircraft along the alliance's eastern flank rose by more than 250 percent in July compared to the same month last year. The figures were published on platform X. The surge in Russian air activity is being assessed as deliberate provocation against NATO members.
