Court upholds ruling stripping PiS of subsidies — cassation dismissed

A court has dismissed Prawo i Sprawiedliwość's cassation appeal in the case concerning the party's loss of state subsidies and grants. Finance Minister Andrzej Domański announced the outcome on platform X, calling it a "crushing verdict" for PiS and saying there was no room for doubt. The party will not receive the disputed public funds.
