Pokémon Company faces class action lawsuit after hidden bathroom camera scandal

Ben Tsai, a former director of engineering at The Pokémon Company International, was arrested in July after filming footage inside the company's Bellevue office bathrooms. An anonymous former employee has now filed a class action lawsuit, alleging that TPCI failed to protect its staff. The case centres on the company's Washington State headquarters.
