Cancer Dependency Map expanded with next-generation 3D tumour models

Researchers have integrated genome-scale CRISPR screening data from both traditional cell lines and next-generation 3D cancer models to expand The Cancer Dependency Map. The integration broadens representation of tumour subtypes and genomic alterations previously underrepresented in the map. The expanded resource could accelerate the identification of new therapeutic targets across cancer types.
