Ozone alert in Silesia — dangerous levels possible between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Poland's Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection issued a warning on Wednesday for a large part of Silesia voivodeship over the risk of ozone levels exceeding the information threshold. Elevated ozone concentrations are expected in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Vulnerable groups including children and the elderly are advised to limit outdoor activity.
