Paweł Kowal in Kyiv during Russian strike: "Trembling walls, sirens, fires till dawn"
Paweł Kowal, head of Poland's council for cooperation with Ukraine, spent the night in Kyiv during a Russian missile strike on civilian targets. He described smoke over the city, train evacuations, fires burning until morning and walls shaking from the blasts. Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Maciej Wewiór condemned the attack and called on the world not to grow accustomed to such terror.
