Four stabbed in London's Covent Garden, woman arrested

Four people were stabbed around lunchtime on Wednesday in Covent Garden, a busy tourist area of central London. A woman has been arrested in connection with the attack. The Metropolitan Police described it as a suspected mental health-related incident.
