Appeals court: Trump EPA wrongly canceled $20B in climate funding

A US appeals court ruled that the Trump administration's EPA unlawfully cancelled $20 billion in federal climate funds. The money had been frozen by Citibank on EPA orders more than a year ago, cutting off climate nonprofits from their grants. The ruling restores the organisations' access to the funding.
