Puerto Rico to ration water in San Juan as drought worsens

Puerto Rico will implement water rationing in San Juan and other major cities as a severe drought grips the US territory with no relief forecast. Millions of gallons have already been lost from water reserves. The measures affect some of the island's most densely populated areas.
