Israel strikes Lebanon, accusing Hezbollah of cease-fire violation

Israel launched strikes against Lebanon, accusing Hezbollah of violating the ceasefire agreement. At the same time, Israeli and Lebanese negotiators were meeting in Rome in talks aimed at forging a long-term diplomatic settlement.
