14-year-old killed by car in Lutsk — 19-year-old driver caught on police video
A 14-year-old boy was killed after being struck by a car in the Ukrainian city of Lutsk. Police footage shows a 19-year-old driver hitting the pedestrian at high speed. The victim's body was found 150 metres from the point of impact. The incident has caused significant public outrage in Ukraine.
