China hits back at US with new sanctions on firms and tighter drone export rules

China's Ministry of Commerce announced a retaliatory sanctions package against the US, introducing new restrictions on American companies and tightening drone export policies. Beijing described the move as a direct response to US sanctions targeting Chinese robotics firms. Washington has also added more Chinese companies to its forced-labour entity list.
