Scientists discover colossal 6,000 km³ magma reservoir hidden beneath Tuscany

Scientists have detected a massive magma reservoir of roughly 6,000 cubic kilometres hidden deep beneath Tuscany, Italy, showing no obvious surface signs. The body was mapped using natural ground vibrations recorded by dozens of seismic sensors. It poses no immediate danger but could transform the search for geothermal energy and critical minerals.
