Fed's Kashkari: 'Now is the time to start slowly moving' interest rates up

Neel Kashkari of the Federal Reserve said it is time to begin slowly raising interest rates. He was one of three dissenters at last week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting, where he voted against the majority decision.
