Tusk accuses President Nawrocki and Constitutional Tribunal of 'political conspiracy'
Prime Minister Donald Tusk signed the first of 200 documents related to judicial assessor nominations, accusing President Karol Nawrocki of failing to fulfil his constitutional duty. Tusk charged the president and the Constitutional Tribunal with forming "something resembling a political conspiracy" aimed at undermining the constitution. The conflict centres on the appointment of judicial assessors.
